? Sales Co-ordination (including secretarial support to Sales team)
? Keeping track of delivery and installation (in case of copier),
? Acting as Executive Secretary to the Branch Head.
? Provide help to other east branches and dealers for any of their requirements,
? Sales records to be maintained in MS Excel and reports relating to orders are submitted to the Business Manager periodically.
? Order Processing
? Keeping track of all enquiries and distribution of the same to Marketing department,
? Take care of walk-in customers, Make invoices for sale of spares and consumables,
? Dealing and negotiating with various Vendors
