Supervision of distribution network and direct sales in order to generate
maximum primary sales.
b) Monitoring secondary sales and collections, observation of competitors
activities and formulation of trade schemes.
c) Negotiation with key outlets including major retail chain outlets and
departmental stores in connection with sales promotion trade scheme etc.
d) Conducting Brand awareness development programme and sales
promotional activities.
e) Interaction with production / processing and supply department.
f) Compilation of Sales Reports and feedbacks from fortune sales force and
imparting training to them.
