project monitoring and control of cost, time and quality, project hand over and contracts closure. I was also responsible for cost estimate for project execution of man, material and machineries, site mobilization, liaison with local authorities, setting up of site office and site administration. The contract has being executed along with GFM Austria who have supplied the Radial Forging Machine. The rupees 1300 million project has been successfully commissioned and handed over for production on schedule.
