? Understand and take Safety initiatives to develop, maintain and improve safe work environment, within the department and the plant.
? Lead and participate in various improvement initiatives launched by department.
? Controlling of Inventory.
? Interaction with suppliers for technical & commercial matters.
? Lead, Guide and Motivate team of Engineers, Technicians and fitters to achieve the targets as per schedule & minimize the breakdowns.
