? Supervise the processing of incoming requisition from the Salesperson for delivery and ensure
the existence of a smooth distribution network.
? Monitoring the Stock Level for Reordering to optimize operating stock level.
? Advising Management on the Slow & Non moving items and also Forecast the movement of the
fast moving items to ensure sufficient stock level.
? Monitoring the stock of items linked with some special incentive or promotion schemes to
prevent any price deviation on the issues.
? Responsible for perpetual inventory management.
? Insurance formalities in case of transit and storage loss
? Appointment of Transporters
