? Developing & maintaining local market share of our product.
? Coordinating with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, Replacement and Marketing dept.
? Reviewing & analyzing strategies and activities of competitors accordingly to formulate sales tactics for the company with respect to my area.
? Regular follow up of payments from distributors to the company.
? Checking regular market activities done by the distributors sales team
? Personal market visit to the top dealers to promote new arrivals and schemes.
? Conducting meetings specially for dealers to motivate them to sell our wide range of products.
