Job Description
- - Responsible for conducting & co-ordinating the various Training programmes and seminars of the Company.- Responsible for handling the HR ISO 9001:2000 Audit of the Company. - Handling Recruitment, salary negotiation and the compensation fixation of the employees.- - Responsible for keeping the attendance track of the employees. - - Responsible for the payroll administration of the employees.- Managing and updating the HR Data Base of the Company.- Handling the Leave Management.- Tracking or headhunting of manpower based on project requirement.- Handling the Performance Management of the employees.- Responsible for the preparation of various reports like the Performance Appraisal Analysis Report, Mid Term Review Report
