Joined as Production Engineer (Press shop) and rose to the position of Manager (Component manufacturing): Spearheading the production of pressed/assembly parts of measuring element and variable energy cyclometer by employing 130 workmen & technical hands and by making Draw,Punch,Trim,Emboss,Bend opn. on 25 nos of Power Presses of Beutler(Switzerland), Ameteep & Godrej make of capacity 25-100 tonne, and also on 15 nos of Hyraulic/Hydropneumatic presses of Muller,Hind & Mercury make of capacity 2-10tonnes by using precision Press-tools of Faes(Switzerland), Siemens, CTTC and IFB make and entailing assembly of components by Automatic assembly m/cs of Siemens make. All these operations involve working with close tolerance levels and high reliability.
